HISTORY
Supply Synergies, Inc. was founded in March 2010 by Art Brunton, Managing Director, and is based in Delray Beach, FL. It’s a small, specialist procurement and supply chain services firm with emphases on category management, including education; procurement services; opportunity analysis; organizational transformation; purchase-to-pay, planning, and inventory control.
Supply Synergies initially began operations in Dubai, UAE, in April 2011, and conducted business in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Europe until 2016. After considerable success, but growing geo-political issues and safety concerns in the region, Art transitioned the business base back to North America. However, the international presence still remains for its services.

TEAM
Art Brunton is Supply Synergies’ Founder and Managing Director. He is a global practitioner, leader and instructor in Procurement and Supply Chain management. He has over 25 years of transforming organizations across numerous manufacturing, services, and technology industries in both commercial and operations environments.
His clients include pharmaceutical and biotechnology, food & beverage, financial, metals, telecommunications, agriculture, and others.
During his career, Art has gained significant experience across seven major global regions, including the Middle East and US where he started Supply Synergies 10 years ago. Globally, Art has consistently developed and implemented procurement and supply chain strategies and processes for his clients at all levels.
He possesses an Industrial Engineering degree from West Virginia University and an MBA in Value Added Management from Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
Supply Synergies applies an “Associate” model for its client staffing needs based on specific project and experience requirements. All Associates are seasoned procurement and supply chain professionals whom have served in both operations and consulting capacities during their careers. Most have at least 20 years of multi-industry experience.
The robust industry exposure and the application of our proven Category Management process are our team’s biggest differentiators.
Our Associates have worked in financial, pharma/bio-tech, healthcare, medical devices, food & beverage, FMGC, hospitality, telecommunications, agricultural, heavy equipment, metals & mining, petro-chemicals, packaging, technology, transportation, and other industries.
COMMERCIAL APPROACH
Supply Synergies practices a commercial model that we have found to be quite beneficial to our clients for both overall project cost and return on investment. We use a “day-rate per consultant” model, as opposed to the conventional hourly model.
We do not have significant fixed costs nor overhead normally associated with items such as major corporate offices, shared multi-division burden rates, or back-office staffs. Therefore, we have found our rates to be typically 30-50% less than the big competitors. More information is available upon request for proposal purposes.
